<br />Minutes following the 3/12/2008 Village Board Meeting <br /> <br /> <br />PA: <br />LEDGE OF LLEGIANCE <br /> <br />R: <br /> American Cancer Society Daffodil Days. <br /> ECOGNITION <br /> <br />Trustee Cerino praised Ms. McCormick for her efforts and the efforts of the Village Hall <br />Staff with this years contribution to the American Cancer Society drive. <br /> <br />Trustee Cerino also offered up a High School Year Book which belonged to his late <br />mother Mrs. Josephine Reilly. The book will be on lone for those interested to review and <br />the book is located in the Village Hall with the Clerk. Calabrese, present. <br /> <br />AM. <br />CTION ON INUTES <br />th <br />February 13, 2008 Regular Board <br />th <br />Motion by Trustee Cerino to accept the February 13, 2008 Village Board Minutes as <br />prepared. Seconded by Trustee Calabrese. Carried. <br /> <br />A. <br />UTHORIZATION TO PAY BILLS AS PER APPROVED WARRANTS <br />Motion by Trustee Cerino that bills be paid contingent on his review to take place <br />3/13/08, Seconded by Trustee Weitlich. Carried. <br /> <br />DMR:B/Z,H,P,F. <br />EPARTMENT ANAGERS EPORTS UILDINGONE IGHWAY OLICE IRE <br />Code Enforcement Officer Fenton, followed by Police Lt. Birdsell and Mayor Alexander <br />providing the Highway Report and Trustee Italiano providing the Fire report. <br /> <br />Of importance Officer Lt. Birdsell reported two individuals have been charged with <br />causing damage and writing graffiti on village property. Police Officers Lombardo and <br />Weaver are credited with outstanding detective and police work in apprehending the <br />suspects. One of the suspects is a 16 year old from upstate is in the Dutchess County Jail <br />waiting for a court appearance and the other is a minor who has been turned over to <br />family court. <br /> <br />Mayor Alexander and the Board directed Clerk Karge to write a letter to file commending <br />both officers for their outstanding efforts. <br /> <br />Motion by Trustee Italiano to accept the reports as presented.
