Greco~ Tr. Cioppa~ Tr. Costa~ Tr. Komornik, <br />Tr. Boyle & Tr, Schinellao Absentt Attyo Reilly, <br /> <br />Village Clerk read copy d legal notice which appeared in the W. & SoD. News <br />on 9-11-85. <br /> <br />Letter received from DoCo Planning Board recommending applicant's request <br />be denied as it may constitute spot zoning. <br /> <br />Mr. Supple~ Attyo for Mr. Golding~ reported they appeared before the <br />various Board{s requesting permission for the change as a hardship <br />existed. He stated Planning recommended to the Village Board that the local <br />law be enacted, <br />Mr. Supple reported this was reasonable use for the property as other <br />properties in the area ~ere zoned comercial . <br /> <br />Mr. Savell~ reported Zoning Board turned down ~oa a request for a variance <br />as they wanted that section along Bast Main S~. to be zoned Office Business. <br /> <br />Mayor Synnett reported no one in the area objected to the chang in zoning. <br /> reported residents <br />Mr° Haubennestel/in vicinity of the Golding property felt that proposed <br />use of the property was correct and recommended favorable action° <br /> <br />Mrs. Cheetham~ resident o5 6 Mesier Ave, No~ recommended recommended change <br />be made. <br /> <br />Tro Schinella reported proposed use was valid and shouaa be agreed by the <br />Board. <br /> <br />Mr. Supple reported Contract Zoning was based upon the condition that the <br />owner o~ the property go into contract with the municipality as to limitations. <br /> <br />Tr. Schinella reported he was concerned with future use of the property and <br />didntt want to see anything that would be detrimental to the neighborhood. <br /> <br />Tr, Cioppa reported amendment would b~ve to be adopted by the Village Board <br />to rezone the entire area Office Business. <br /> <br />Mr. Sedore~ propsoed buyee o~ the property~ stated he~ no problem with <br />restrictions other than it may effect financing° <br /> <br />Public Hearing closed 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br /> <br />
