I15 The regular meeti09 of the Village Board of Trustees was held on Wednesday, Dec. Il, 1985 at 7~30 P.M. in the Village Hall. Present= Mayor Synnett, Tr. Greco, Tr. Cioppa, Tr. Komornik; Tr. Bo~le, Tr. Schinella & Atty. Reilly. ~ Mayor Synnett congratulated the Fire Inspector for the job he was doing inspectino buildings and recommended a letter of commendation be forwarded him and the Fire Chief° He suggested a Picnic in the Park committee be appointed each year at the annual meeting. action deferred - Referred to Legislative Comm. Commi!tee reports: Finance= Tr. Greco reported committee audited all approved bills. Motion by Tr. Cioppa, seconded by Tr. Schinella that all audited bill~ be paid. Carried, Tr, Greco questioned the bills on the.dam from Satterwaithe and Atty. Reilly stated we had no choice but to pay them. Motion by Tr. Komornik, seconded by Tr. Schinella that the outs$anding bills on the dam submitted by the above mentioned company be paid, Carried. Upon recommendation by Tr. cioPPa, a motion was made by Tr. Schinella, seconded by Tr. Cioppa that two bills for roofing at the Garner Engine House be paid, pending Company president's signature. Carried. .Upon.recommendation by Tr. Cioppa, a motion was made by Tr. Schinella, seconded by Tr. Komornik that the three bills from Gino Pecchia & Sons in the amount of $2412.93 for removations at the Johnson Fire House be paid. Carried. Mr. Jack Raillin9 addressed meeting requesting sewer hook up for a proposed Pizza Hut on old Rte. 9. Tr. Greco reported we have had problems with sewer line in that area. Motion by Tr. Cioppa, seconded by Tr. Greco that permission be granted above request provided they comply with sewer traps and clean outs Carried, Tr. Komornik voting nay. Resident inquired as to progress on the Kennedy property on Fulton St., attyo Reilly reported Investigator has been hired and we hsould have a report by the end of the month.
