Letter from Wapp. Falls Little League reporting they will h&ld their <br />annual Little League parade on Sat., April 26th at 9:00 A.M. They <br />provided certificate of insurance. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Al£onso, seconded by Tr. Komornik that permission be <br />granted above requrst. Carried. <br /> <br />Letter read from W.C.$. re: storm sewerage infiltration from their <br />property on Remsen Ave. Copies forwarded Boar members. ' <br />Mayor Synnett reported we should meet wih school officials on the above <br />and also the sewer contract. <br /> <br />Discussion £ollowed on the above. <br /> <br />Tr. Greco recommended purchase of a flow meter to measure infiltration <br />and he will check cost ~ same which run about $3000. <br /> <br />Act ion on Communit yDeve lopment lundin9: <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Greco, seconded by Tr. Alfonso that the Community Develop- <br />ment funding for 1986, which total $17,OO0, be used for a parking study <br />throughout the Village. Carried. <br /> <br />Tr. Greco discussed estimate of repairs to Mesier Park Homestead porch <br />submitted by East Fishkill Builders in the amount of $$3135., including <br />painting, and why work hasn't been started. <br />Clerk directed to contact contractor. <br /> <br />A~enda: <br /> <br />Report on proposed leg.islation pertainin~ tQ insurance reform: <br /> <br />Atty. Vigio~ti stated Governor's report has been received and there were <br />3 proposed bills and discussed same and legislation. <br />Atty. Viglotti reported they are proposing a flex rate system putting <br />limits on increases and no copy of bill available. <br /> <br />Board recommended Atty. Viglotti send letter to Albany backing <br />legislation. <br /> <br />Atty. Viglotti reported Conference is behind Commission report and <br />discussion followed on cost of premiums paid out by Village. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Schinella, seconded by Tr. Silvestri that the Village <br />support the Commission report. Carried. <br /> <br />Report on hours at VilHage Hall.' <br />Tr. ~omornik reported there wasn't buiness being generated from the <br />outside between 4:30 P.M and 5:30 P.M. and recommneded, on a trial <br />basis, the Hail beclosed at 4:30 ~,H. until September. <br />She stated stated this would include the Justice Court. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Silvestri, seconded by Tr. Todaro that the above action <br />be ratified, effective June 1st. Carried. Ail in favor. <br /> <br />Report on proposed laundromat at Waldbaums; <br />Tr.
