Regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on 9-10-86 at 7:30 PM in the Village Hall. Present: Hayor Synnettm Tr. Greco~ ~r. Alfonso~ Tr. Komornik~ ~r. Silvestri, Tr. Schinella, Tr. Todaro and Atty. Viglottt. Atty. Viglotti discussed zonln9 for 2 story apartments. He stated bottom floors must be 1500 sq. ft. according to ~oning code and 2nd floor is obviously a mistake.Atty. Viglotti reported there was apr°blem, according to Zoning Board of Appeals~ and they feel law should be amended to read 750 sq. ft. Motion by Tr. Silvestri, seconded by Tr. Alphonso , that a P.H. on the above be scheduled for 10-8-86 at 7:15 P.H. Carried. 9iscussion followed on imcrease in fines for parking & V&T tickets. Mr. Lopez, BI~St. ext., discussed ordiance for control>~f weeds and several properties on Franklindale Ave. have overgrowth in their yards. Tr. Silvestri reported residents have been notified and Komornik stated a fire hazard exists. She suggested residents be snet a written notice ~bich shall be by registered mail/ Mt. Tinkleman reported he appeared before Planning Bd, and was referred to various other agencies, in reference to the modern- ization of the former Pancake house. He requested Village sewer service for a high quality retail store and offices. He discussed landscaping, parking lot size and installation of catch basins. He also stated OOT had no objection with the project. Tr. Oreco reported Village . can service sewer provided sewer and water'were plotted on site and no peraits will be issued until same was granted. Action nn bids for Hydraulic Sewer Cleaner: Village Clerk reported one bid received: 1. Clazk Municipal Equipment, Inc. $14~30~.00 Motion by Tr, Greco, seconded by Tr. Silvestri that the above bed be accepted. Carried Report on paxkin9 fees: Tr..Greco recommended minimua of $3.00 be increased to $10.00. He outlined sections to be increased.
