The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on 2-11-87 a~ 7:30 P.M. in the Village Hall. Present: Mayor Synnett, Tr. G~eco, Tr. Alfonso, Tr. Komornik, Tr. $ilvestri, Tr. Schinella, Tr. Todaro and Atty. Viglotti. Minutes:: Minutes of the last regular Village Board meeting held on 1-14-87 had b~en duplicated and previously presented to Board members. Motion bF Tr. Greco, seconded by Tr. Silvestri that the above minutes be accepted as written. Carried. Communications: Village' Justices' reports for Jan., 1987 showing a total of $4,065.00 collected in fines. Motion by Tr. Silvestri, seconded by Tr. Todaro that the above reports be accepted as read. Carried. Zoning report for Jan., 1987 showing a total of $50.00 collected in fees. Motion by Tr;' Greco, seconded by Tr. $ilvestri that the above report be ~ accepted as read. Carried. Letter from Mr. Thomas Carey, 67 Remsen Ave. S,, reporting an unsafe traffic condition which exists on that street. Copies forwarded Board members. To be turned over to insurance carrier. Letter by John F. Hennricks, Land and Claims adjuster for Cutchess Co.~ just to remind Village that the easements for the Lower Creek Market_ St. bridge have not been signed. Motion by Tr. Greco, seconded by Tr. $ilvestri that the engineer'S report on the above be accepted and the Mayor be authorized to execute same. ~arried. Letter of resignation received from Mrs. ~ancy Lowney as secretary to the Zoning Enforcement Officer, Zoning and Planning Board's secretaries, Copies forwarded Board members. Hotion by Tr. Greco, seconded by Tr. Komornik ~hat the abo~e resignation be regretfully accepted and a letter of appreciation be forwarded Mrs. Lowney. Carried. Letter received from Park Comm. reporting Halter Rowe has resigned as Park custodian and they recommend Timothy Traver be hired as his replace- ment. Motion by Tr. Komornlk, seconded by Tr. Greco that the above action be ratified. Carried.
