A Public Hearing on a proposed local law entitled "A local law <br />amending Section 310 of the Village of Wappingers Falls Zoning <br />Ordinance and the "Zoning Map", Village of Wappingers Falls, N.Y. <br />was held on Wednesday, April 8, 1992 at 7:00 P.M. in the Village <br />Hall. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Hinzmann, Tr. Napoleon, Tr. DiDomizio, Tr. Komornik, <br />Tr. Shea, Tr. Bain, Tr. Usavich and Atty. Viglotti. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinzmann read proposed law, excluding property description, <br />which would rezone the easterly port/on of Wenliss Terr., which <br />fronts Route 9, from Residential to Commercial. <br /> <br />'Atty. Viglotti reported proposed law had been forwarded the Attorney <br /> for the applicant, D.C. Planning Board and Town of Wappin§er_and all <br /> were duly notified'of said hearing. <br /> <br />He stated law, if enacted, would be published, and this proposal <br />was_approved in 1988 but, due to certain irregularities, has to be <br />re-enacted. <br /> <br />Mr. A1 Roberts,Attorney for Wenliss Park, stated he had no comment <br />and urged adOption of proposed law. <br /> <br />No one present voiced an opinion pro or con said proposed law. <br /> <br />Public Hearing closed 7:15 P.M. <br /> <br />Village Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
