The second monthly meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was <br />held on Wednesday, April 22, 1992 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Hinzmann, Tr. Napoleon, Tr. DiDomizio, Tr. Komornik, <br />Tr. Shay, Tr. Bain, Tr. Usavich and Atty. Viglotti. <br /> <br />Minutes: <br /> <br />Minutes of the reqular meetinq of the Villaqe Board held 2-12-92: <br /> <br />Tr. Napoleon reported correction on pg. 7, third paragraph from <br />bottom, regarding Memorandum of Agreement with the Wappingers <br />Falls Businessmen's Association for the completion of sale and <br />installation of a Parking lot. <br />He stated completion time frame should read 60 days and not 1 <br />year. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. DiDomizio, seconded by Tr. Komornik that the above <br />minutes be accepted as written and corrected. Carried. <br /> <br />Minutes of the last regular Village Board meeting held 4-8-92 <br />and a Public Hearinq the the 1992-93 budqet held 4-15-92: <br /> <br />Action deferred until the next regular Village Board meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Edward Martin, owner of building at 1 West M~ain Street, not <br />present to discuss same. <br /> <br />Report on appointment of Deputy Clerk: <br /> <br />Tr. Bain reported we should follow proper procedures and meet <br />as a group to discuss applications, before any decision is made. <br />He stated he has never been contacted to, nor did he, review said <br />applications. <br /> <br />Tr. Bain recommended we discuss same in Executive session. <br /> <br />Tr. Usavich stated he was in contention with this policy. <br /> further <br />Action deferred until/review and recommendations. <br /> <br />Appointment of Planninq Board member: <br /> <br />Mayor Hinzmann reportRed letter received from Planning Board <br />Chairman, Thomas Visentin, reporting Mr. Robert Alfonso should <br />have been appointed to the unexpired term of William Kotchie, <br />which ends in 1994, and not for 5 years. <br /> <br />Tr. Napoleon rported ~a he researched this issue and above was correct. <br />He discussed terms of office of other members and stated, at this time, <br />Mrs. Lowney should be re-appointed to a 5 yr. term. <br /> <br /> <br />
