The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held <br />on Wednesday, May 13, 1992 at 7:30 P.M. in the Village Hall. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Hinzmann, Tr. Napoleon, Tr. DiDomizio, Tr. <br />Komornik, Tr. Shay, Tr. Bain, Tr. Usavich and Atty. Viglotti. <br /> <br />Also present: Treasurer Masterson and Police Commissioner <br />Terwilliger. <br /> <br />Minutes: <br /> <br />Minutes of the last regular meeting of the Village Board of <br />Trustees held 4-8-92 had been duplicated and previously <br />presented to Board members. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. DiDomizio, seconded by Tr. Bain that the above <br />minutes be accepted as written. Carried. <br /> <br />Minutes of the~ second monthly meeting held 4-22-92 had been <br />duplicated and previously presented to Board members~ <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. DiDomizio, seconded by Tr. Shay that the above <br />minutes be accepted as written. Carried. <br /> <br />Communications:-~'~ <br /> <br />Village Justices' reports for April, 1992 on file at the Village <br />Hall. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Komornik, seconded by Tr. Bain that the above reports <br />be accepted andfiled. Carried. <br /> <br />Letter from Planning Board Chairman Visentin and Zoning Officer <br />Pacio, re: purchase of the Old Post Office; letter states they, <br />and Zoning Chairman Savselli, would like to form an impartial <br />committee to study the feasability of purchasing same. Copies <br />forwa~rded Board members. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinzmann reported Community Services has contract with Post <br />Office to purchase building and, therefore, we cannot enter negot- <br />iations at this time. <br /> <br />Tr. Bain reported he ran into same problem and we were to check <br />further as to the possible transfer of contract. <br /> <br />Atty. Viglotti stated he had been contacted by Community Services <br />inquiring as to a renewed interest from the Village and res!ponded <br />we had. <br />He stated their reply was Village was presiousty asked to adopt <br />resolution regarding murals and we refused and, based on this <br />reponse, Post Office felt it best to deal directly with Community <br />Services. <br /> <br />Atty. Viglotti reported contract was now without contingincies <br />to us although Community Services has no adversity to Village's <br />participation when note is paid off. <br /> <br /> <br />
