Public Hearing on Garbage & Refuse Districting propOsed local law <br />scheduled for Friday, May 29, 1992 at 7:00 P.M. in the Village Hall.' <br /> <br />Tr. Bain commended Tr. Napoleon for the diligent efforts on this <br />project . <br /> <br />Leqislative: <br />No report. <br /> <br />Recreation: <br /> <br />No report. <br /> <br />Park: <br />No report. <br /> <br />Finance: <br />Committee reported all approved bills have been audited, <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Napoleon, seconded by Tr. Shay that all audited <br />bills be paid./ Carried. <br /> <br />Lake and Dam: <br />Tr. Bain reported Lake has been drained down about one foot so <br />representatives could inspect the Dam. <br />He also stated Army Corps of Engineers have begun their study <br />of the lake and will soon outline their objectives covered under <br />the grant. <br /> <br />Under Garbage Districting, senior citizens, over 65 years of age, <br />should contact Village Hall and register for an exemption. <br /> <br />Personnel: <br />Progress <br /> <br />Justice: Tr. Komornik reported Justice Chase has recommended <br />Christine J. Pillus, a High School student, who volunteered her <br />services to the Court as would be required for the summer months, <br />be approved. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Napoleon, seconded by Tr. Bain that the above be <br />ratified, pen;ing insurance justification. Carried. <br /> <br />Tr. Komornik reported she also received a letter from the Village <br />Justice advising of the various changes which have been made <br />regarding Court re-organization. (Letter follows minutes of meeting) <br /> <br />Insurance: <br />Tr. Usavich reported he will be conferring with Marshall & Sterling <br />representative, Mr. Harry Reis,to discuss insurance coverage <br />pertaining to Village vehicles. <br /> <br /> <br />
