Napoleon (present), Tr. D~zio (present), <br />Tr. Kcmornik (present), Tr. Shay (present), Tr. Bain (present), Tr. Usavich <br />(present}, Atty. Viglotti (~resent). <br /> <br />Minutes: <br /> <br />Minutes of last regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees held 8-12-92 <br />had been duplicated and previously presented to Board members. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. D~zio, seconded by Tr. Kcmornik that the above minutes be <br />accepted as written. CArried. <br /> <br />Minutes of the second monthly meeting of the Village Board of Trustees held <br />8-26-92 b~ been duplicated and previously presented to Board members. <br /> <br />Mo~ion by Tr.. Kcmornik, seconded by Tr. Shay that the above minutes be accepted <br />as written. Carried. <br /> <br />Village Justices' reports for August, 1992 suhnitted and on file at the <br />Village Hall. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Shay, seconded by Tr. B~n that the above reports be accepted <br />as submitted. Carried. <br /> <br />Letter received frcm Town of Wappinger reporting a County wide Primary has <br />been scheduled for Tuesday, S~ptember 15, 1992, between Noon aDx] 9:00 P.M., <br />and Election Day is scheduled for Novs~ber 3, 1992. They request per~ssic~ <br />to use Mesier-Hcmestead on these occasions and Police, Park and zoning have <br />been notified. <br /> <br />Letter frc~ Dr. Sb~bbaz K. Mallick, Chairman of the Islamic (Mid-Hudson <br />branch) Association and he requests permission to conduct a peaceful march <br />frcm the Wappingers Plaza to Mesier Park where there will be Interfaith <br />member frcm Dutchess County to join their representatives in four short <br />spccches to' support the Bosnian victims. <br />Same is tentatively scheduled for 9-13-92 between 2:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. <br />C qoies forwarded Police and Park O~L~'~ssion. <br /> <br />It was determined that this was within their constitutional rights provided <br />they had adequate insurance coverage. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. DiDcmizio, seconded by Tr. Shay that permission be granted <br />above request with above stipulation. Carried. Tr. Usavich voting nay. <br /> <br /> <br />
