The second monthly r~ccting of the Village Board of Trustccs was held on Sept.= <br />23, 1992 at 7:30 P.M~ inthe Village Hall. <br /> <br />Present: _Mayor Hinzmann, Tr. Napoleon, Tr. DIDcmizio, Tr. Kcmornik, Tr. Shay, <br />Tr. Bain, Tr. Usavich and Att. Viglotti. <br /> <br />t{inutes: <br />Minutes. of the last regular <br />at this time. <br /> <br />meeting held Sept. 9, 1992 not ready for action <br /> <br />Agenda: <br /> <br />Report cn Village Code u~r~late: <br /> <br />Tro Usavich reported that at the last .~mccting of the Board, a representative of <br />General Code Publishers discussed update of the Code and cost for same. <br />He requested permissic~ for the Village Attol-ney to review proposed contracts <br />and Board in agreement that we proceed in this direction. <br /> <br />Tr. Bain thought it was agreed that Code .update would pay for itself over a period <br />of time and it was agrccd this was a priority item even if funding had to be budgeted. <br /> <br />Applications for Solid Waste Permits: <br /> <br />'4ayor Hinmnann rePorted the foll~ing attolications received: <br /> <br />1. Rao Suburban Sanitation, Inc. <br /> <br />The Board determined that, before any license is issued, they provide us with <br />proof of insurance and be limited to a max/aum of tw~ days for pick ups. (Mon. & Wed.) <br /> <br />Att. Viglotti advised, tbmt section pertaining to fees in the local law ~uld be <br />amended at a later date. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Bain, seconded by Tr. DiDcmizio ttmt the above a~plicaticn be <br />approved, subject to the above conditions and receipt of $50.00 fee for each <br />truck they use in the Village. Carried. <br /> <br />2. Waste Manag~nent: <br />Action deferred until they pay the necessary fee and meet the above conditons. <br /> <br />Request from ..~r. Herbert Redl to hook into Village for a proposed project on his <br />property on Rte. 9 <br /> <br />Tr. DiD~zio rePorted ms~o received from Village Engineer, Jeff Contelmo, stating <br />he has conferred with Att. Viglotti and finds no cuase why request couldn't be <br /> <br />Discussion follc~d on charges for sewer usage as Mr. Redl utilizes well water <br />and it was suggested metering same. <br /> <br />Att. Viglotti rePorted he will n~cd a statement from Mr. Redl's engineer as to <br />projected gallons per day. <br /> <br /> <br />
