The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held c~ Wednesday,
_March 10, 1993 at 7:30 P.M. in the Village Hall.

Present: Mayor Hinzmann, Tr. Napoleon, Tr. DiDomizio, Tr. Sb~uy, Tr. Bain,
Tr. Usavich & Atty. Viglotti. (Tr. Kcmornik absent due to illness).

Minutes:
~iinutes of the last regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees held
2-10-93 had ~c~n duplicated and previously presented to Board me~bers.

Tr. Bain reported there was one correction under the Tri-Municipal report and
and should should read that the grease was causing a restriction in the
flow of the effluent, consequently, the pu~_ s were running dry thus causing
the motors to burn.

..Motion by Tr. DiDc~izio, seconded by Tr. Ba~n that the above minutes be
accepted as written and corrected. Carried.

Tr. Naooleon read a p ~repared statement addressed to the Mayor , text of which
follows the minutes of this meeting.

The same is in =eference to unauthorized personnel being ~opointed to attend
a seminar o~ NYS ~{unicipal Insurance Reciprocal coverage when our own Insurance
Commit~c wasn't n~de ~are of same.

Tr. Naooleon requested an answer as budget hearings were upcc~ling and no report
was ever .made concerning the same and he also inquired as to th~ meaning of
Reciorocal coverage .

~ayor Hinm~nn reported he originally received a letter, relayed same to Tr.
Usavich of ~he Insurance Cc~m. in reference to a meeting in Tarrytown.
He said he ~lidn't kn~ of any law which would restrain him frcm asking George
Traver to a~end a mccting pertaining, to insurance coverage.

Tr. Naooleo~ stated any business or meetings which oere~ned to Village business
should be tended to by Village officials and not an-outsider and any
ications rec~/ved by the -Mayor should be made known to the Trustees.

}~ayor Hinzm~nn inquired as to what infraction had occurred and Tr. Napoleon
replied thaB he had chose an outsider and never let the Board know anything about
this insurar~e p~.. sal.

Tr. NaPolec~ reported Village Board was never advised of any cu~,,~zunication
received cc~cerning Insurance personnel expressing a desire to address the
Board oertaining to proposal and he wanted cooies of all c~,~zu3ications.
He said it was now too late for budget consideration.

Mayor Hinzma~n reported he gave letter to Tr. Usavich, Insurance Chainman,;
Second letter pertained to a forum ~¢hich was held the same evening as our
Village Board mgct~ng, Feb. 24th, and he requested George Traver represent him
at this seminar to obtain more information pertaining to this proposal.

Tr. Napolec~ questioned this reasoning as we b~d to have a budget by 4-1-93
and any in.ou~ now would be too late.
