<br />Minutes following the 03/11/09 Village Board Meeting <br /> <br />3/11/2009 <br />“PCPP.T-Y”. <br />LEASE TURN OFF ELL HONES AND AGERS PRIOR TO START OF MEETING HANKOU <br /> <br /> <br />C <br />ONTINUATION PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN <br /> that the Board of Trustees of the Village of <br />th <br />Wappingers Falls will conduct a continuation PUBLIC HEARING on the 11 day of <br />March, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 7 Spring Street, Wappingers <br />Falls, New York, at which time all parties in interest and citizens shall have an <br />opportunity to be heard as to whether the Board of Trustees of the Village of Wappingers <br />Falls shall adopt a proposed Local Law entitled "Local Law No. 3 of the Year 2009”, <br />Establishing Residency Requirements for the Village of Wappingers Falls Fire Chief and <br />Deputy Assistant Fire Chief.” <br /> <br />T <br />HE CHAIR DECLARED THE PUBLIC HEARING OPEN <br /> <br />Motion by Trustee Italiano to close the public hearing as the Fire Chiefs and he have an <br />agreement to leave the local law as it is with respect to residency requirements. Carried. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3/11/09 <br /> <br />RMMVBT <br />The of the was held <br />EGULAR EETINGAYOR AND ILLAGE OARD OF RUSTEES <br />on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. at the American Legion Hall, 7 Spring <br />Street, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590 <br /> <br />PA: <br />LEDGE OF LLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG <br /> <br />R: <br /> <br />ECOGNITION <br /> <br />Mayor Alexander asked for a moment of silence for Mr. Victor Moruzzi who passed <br />away in February saying Mr. Moruzzi was a former Village Trustee and Water <br />Commissioner and a well respected individual. <br /> <br />Another moment of silence for Mr. Harry Christ who also passed away, Mr. Christ was a <br />long time village resident and Uncle to existing Trustee John Visentin. <br /> <br />Mayor Alexander recognized Ms. Heather McCormick for the great job she did in raising <br />$375.00 for the “American Cancer Society” during Daffodil Days.
