<br /> <br />Minutes following the 05/13/09 Village Board Meeting <br /> <br />“PCPP.T-Y”. <br />LEASE TURN OFF ELL HONES AND AGERS PRIOR TO START OF MEETING HANKOU <br /> <br />R:Rebuilding Together <br /> <br />ECOGNITION <br /> <br />Quality of Life Memo. <br />Mayor Alexander read a memo thanking those in the Police Department who participated <br />in “ Quality of Life” painting and fixing up areas within the village that had graffiti or <br />broken down fences. All in attendance applauded. <br /> <br />Memorial Day Services. <br />Mayor Alexander reviewed the Village plans for Memorial Day Services within the <br />Village. <br /> <br />Commendation for Emergency Services fire on West Academy Street. <br /> <br />Mayor Alexander praised the efforts put fourth by all emergency services during a recent <br />fire at 26 West Academy Street. Of importance the Village Fire Departments both S. W. <br />Johnson and Wm. T. Garner along with the Village Police, Zoning Enforcement/ <br />Building Inspector and Fire Inspector did an outstanding job under far less than ideal <br />conditions. The other exterior agencies were also outstanding with their support such as <br />the Red Cross, Mobil Life, DC investigation Team, New Hamburg, Hughsonville, <br />Fishkill and New Hackensack fire companies and other assisting agencies.
