Regular meeting of the Village Bc~rd of Trustees was held on Wedn~6day, August 13~ 1980 at ?:00 P,M. in the American Legion Hall. Present: Mayor Synnett~ Tr. Dolan, Tr. Moruzzi, Tr. Silvestriv Tr. Costa~ Tr. DiGregorio, Tr. Viglotti and Atty. Lyons. Mayor Synnett requested a moment of silent prayer be observed in memory of Angela Armstrong, Police Department Assistant, who recently passed away. Minutes: Minutes 'of the last regular meeting held 7-9-70 and a special meetin~ held 7-16~80 had been duplicated and previously presented to Board members. Mayor S~nnett reported date~~ for Lake Comm. meetin9 was wrong and therefore same was never held. Motion by Tr. $ilvestri, seconded by Tr. Dolan that the above minutes be accepted as written and corrected. Carried. Communications: Village Justices' report was read for July showing a total of $995,00 collected in fines. Motion .by Tr. Silvestri, seconded by Tr. Costa that the above report be accepted as read. Carried. Zonir~ Officer's report for July was read showing a total of $330.00 collected in fees. Report accepted. was requested that the Zoning Officer investigate the trailers on Franklindale Ave. Request was read from Acting Justice Chase 'to attend the Justice Advance Training Course at Ellenville~ N.Y. from 9-14-80 to 9-17-80. Motion by Tr. DiGregorlo, seconded by Tr. Silvestri that permission be granted above request. Carried. Request read from Zoning Officer Haubennestel to attend the 42nd annual Planning & Zoning Institute to be held in gllenville, N.Y. from Oct. 26-28, 1980. Motion by Tr. Costa~ seconded by Tr. Viglotti that permission be granted above request. Request read from the Planning Board to attend the above mentioned seminar. Motion by Tr. Costa, seconded by Tr. Viglotti that permission be granted above request. Carried.
