A Special Voting Meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was <br />held Tuesday, April 23, 19~1 at 7:00 P.M. in the Village <br />Hall. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Hinzmann, Tr. Costello, Tr. Bain, Tr.Bovino, <br />Tr. Napoleon, Tr. DiDomizio, Tr. Komornik and Atty. Viglotti. <br /> <br />Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Agenda: <br />Mayor Hinzmann stated that this is a Special Voting Meeting. <br />The #1 item on the agenda is possible adoption of the 19~1- <br />1~2 Tentative Village Budget. <br /> <br />Tr. Bain commented that they are not quite finished with the <br />budget. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Bain, seconded by Tr. DiDomizio that the <br />special voting meeting to approve the 1~91-1~9~ budget be <br />held on Monday, April 29, 1~1 at ?:00 P.M. in the Villge <br />Hall. Carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Viglotti advised that, should the Board, for any <br />reason, increase a line item above the line shown in the <br />tentative budget at the Public Hearing, then the Board must <br />make a statement, on the record, as to why that line item has <br />been increased. <br /> <br />Authorize the Mayor to execute the Recreation Landscaping <br />Contract. <br />Attorney Viglotti stated that he had reviewed the Contract <br />from CPR Landscaping and it calls for a monthly payment for <br />weekly grass cutting, trimming and infield raking at all four <br />fields, including St. Marys. The contract commences April <br />1st, 1~1 with a clean up, and terminates October 31, 1~1. <br /> <br />Tr. Komornik asked if the contract could be terminated at any <br />time, in the event the Board is not satisfied. <br /> <br />Attorney Viglotti added the following language to the <br />contract: "This contract may be terminated upon 30 day <br />written notice by either party". <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Bovino, seconded by Tr. Komornik to accept this <br />contract with the added wording as stated above. Carried. <br /> <br />Authorize repairs to the Weed Harvester. <br />Tr. Bain passed out copies of the estimate for repairs to the <br />weed harvester. The estimate is from William Gordon & Sons, <br />Inc., who is an Aquamarine, authorized repair service man. <br />Essentially, they want the equipment taken to Danbury, Conn. <br /> <br />Tr.
