The regular meeting of the Village Boardof Trustees was held on <br />Wednesday, May 8, 1~91 at ?:30 p.m. in the Village Hall. <br /> <br />Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinzmann requested a moment of silence for Mrs. Florence <br />Savelli, wife of Frank Savelli. <br /> <br />Roll Call - Present: Mayor Hinzmann, Tr. Costello, Tr. Bain, Tr. <br />Napoleon, Tr. DiDomizio, Tr. Komornik, Tr. Bovino. <br /> <br />Absent: Attorney Viglotti was away. <br /> <br />Action on minutes: <br />The following minutes had been duplicated and previously presented to <br />Board members. <br /> <br />Minutes of the last regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held <br />4/10/~1. <br />Motion by Tr. Komornik, seconded by Tr. Bovino that the above minutes <br />be accepted as written. Carried. <br /> <br />Minutes of the special voting meeting of the Village Board of <br />Trustees~ held 4/23/~1. <br />Motion by Tr. Bovino, seconded by Tr. Costello that the above minutes <br />be accepted as written. Carried. <br /> <br />Minutes of the special meeting for adoption of the 1~1-1~92 budget <br />held 4/29/91. <br /> <br />Tr. Bain offered the following correction , paragraph 8 page 1, and <br />also clarified the following minutes. <br /> <br />Minutes as written: Commissioner Terwilliger reported $9,000 deficit <br />which existed at start of negotiations, now amounted to $18,000. He <br />stated $18~784 was cut in overtime payments, and Personal Services <br />were reduced by a total of $23,000. <br /> <br />Tr. Bain offered the following correction . The amount $18,784.00 <br />should read $18,789.00. <br /> <br />Tr. Bain clarified the above written minutes. He stated that it <br />implies that there is a $41,000 dollar difference between what was <br />intended and what was actually passed. The difference, when we went <br />into this was really $28,427 dollars rather than $41,000 , and with <br />the reinstated $9,000 dollars, the net difference between this years <br />adopted Police budget and last years adopted Police budget is <br />dollars less. Total budget. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Bain, seconded by Tr. Costello that above minutes be <br />accepted as corrected and as read by Tr. Bain. Carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ON TAX LEVY: <br />Motion by Tr. Costello, seconded by Tr. Bovino to adopt the Reso- <br />lution to set the Tax Levy in the amount of $1,966,814.83 as read. <br />Carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
