The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on 1-14-81. at 7:00 P.M. in the A~erican Legion Hall. Mayor Synnett requested a moment of silent prayer be observed in memory of Mrs. Carl Relyea & Mr. Albert Epstein~ former Planning Bd. member, who recently passed away. Present: Mayor Synnett~ Tr. Dolan~ Tr. ~1oruzzi, Tr. Cost~ Tr. DiGregorio~ Tr. Viglotti and Atty. Lyons. Engineers Paggi & Martin. Minutes: Mayor Synnett reported meeting scheduled with Laberge Assoc. s~heduled for 12-17-80 on a sewer grant was deleted from the minutes. He stated meeting should be re-scheduled and possibly a meeting with Tri-Municipal to discuss same. Tr, Moruzzi to schedule a meeting either for 1-26-81 or 1-27-81. Motion by Tr. Viglotti, seconded by Tr. Moruzzl that the above minutes be accepted as corrected.~Carried. A~end a: Set hours for Grievance Day: Motion by Tr. Viglotti, seconded by Tr. Moruzzi tha~ Grievance Day be scheduled for February 17, 1981 between the hours of 3:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. Carried. Establish Election Districts: Motion by Tr. Costa, seconded by Tr. DiGregorio that .the following resolution be adopted: WHEREAS~ it appears from the certifcate of canvas of the GeneraI %~ll&ge Election held in the Village of Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 18~h day of March, 1980, that more than eight hundred votes were cast. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 15-110 of the Election Law~ the said Village be and hereby is divided into three (3) election districts~ the boundaries of which shall be as follows: Election District No. 1: Election District No. 1 is comprised of all that portion of the Village lying north and west of Wappingers Creek. Election District No. 2: Election District No. 2 is comprised of all that portion of the ViAlage generally bounded as follows: On the north by East Main Street, on the east by South Avenue~ on.the south by the Village boundary lime, and on the west by the Wappingers Creek'.
