The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on 1-14-81. <br />at 7:00 P.M. in the A~erican Legion Hall. <br /> <br />Mayor Synnett requested a moment of silent prayer be observed in memory of <br />Mrs. Carl Relyea & Mr. Albert Epstein~ former Planning Bd. member, who <br />recently passed away. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Synnett~ Tr. Dolan~ Tr. ~1oruzzi, Tr. Cost~ Tr. DiGregorio~ <br />Tr. Viglotti and Atty. Lyons. Engineers Paggi & Martin. <br /> <br />Minutes: <br />Mayor Synnett reported meeting scheduled with Laberge Assoc. s~heduled for <br />12-17-80 on a sewer grant was deleted from the minutes. He stated meeting <br />should be re-scheduled and possibly a meeting with Tri-Municipal to <br />discuss same. <br /> <br />Tr, Moruzzi to schedule a meeting either for 1-26-81 or 1-27-81. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Viglotti, seconded by Tr. Moruzzl that the above minutes be <br />accepted as corrected.~Carried. <br /> <br />A~end a: <br /> <br />Set hours for Grievance Day: <br />Motion by Tr. Viglotti, seconded by Tr. Moruzzi tha~ Grievance Day be <br />scheduled for February 17, 1981 between the hours of 3:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. <br />Carried. <br /> <br />Establish Election Districts: <br />Motion by Tr. Costa, seconded by Tr. DiGregorio that .the following resolution <br />be adopted: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ it appears from the certifcate of canvas of the GeneraI %~ll&ge <br />Election held in the Village of Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 18~h day <br />of March, 1980, that more than eight hundred votes were cast. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 15-110 of the <br />Election Law~ the said Village be and hereby is divided into three (3) <br />election districts~ the boundaries of which shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Election District No. 1: Election District No. 1 is comprised of all that <br />portion of the Village lying north and west of Wappingers Creek. <br /> <br />Election District No. 2: Election District No. 2 is comprised of all <br />that portion of the ViAlage generally bounded as follows: On the north <br />by East Main Street, on the east by South Avenue~ on.the south by the <br />Village boundary lime, and on the west by the Wappingers Creek'. <br /> <br /> <br />
