The regula~ meeting of the Village Board of Trusteds was held on Wednes- <br />day, June 12, 1991 at 7:30 P.~. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Hinzmann, <br />Komornik, Tr. Costello~ Tr. Bain and Atty. Viglotti. <br /> <br />Minutesl <br />Minutes of the last regular Village Board meeting held 5-8-91 had been <br />duplicated and previously presented to Board members. <br /> <br />Additions or corrections: <br />Tr. Bovino reported on pg. 5 - Seminar and Tour of Tri-Municipal plant <br />arranged by Tr. Bain should also read that cost for same to be paid for <br />by Tri-Municipal and not the Village. <br /> <br />Tr. Napoleon reported correction on pg. I0, par. 2 - engineer's services <br />for preliminary work should read $29,000. and not $60,000. and bills sub- <br />mitred for phases l&2 should read $7,000. and not $17,000. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Bain, seconded by Tr. Napoleon that the above minutes be <br />accepted as written and corrected. Carried. <br /> <br />Resolutions (none) - <br /> <br />Petitions (none) <br /> <br />Communications: <br />VillaGe Justices' reports for May, 1991 - $8,781.00 collected in fines. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Komornik, seconded by Ti. Boring that above reportqm~be <br />accepted as read. Carried. <br /> <br />Zoning Fees collectdd for May, 1991 - $755.25. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Bovino, seconded by Tr. CosSello that the above fees be <br />accepted. Carried. <br /> <br />Letter from Village Justice Chase recommending Mr. James Pettit & Mr. <br />Salvatore W. Cavallaro be appointed Court attendants. <br /> <br />Tr. Napoleon reported, as Liason officer, he conferred with Judge Chase <br />and there was a shortage of personnel. <br />Ne stated both applicants were well qualified and hiring both individuals <br />wouldn't effect budget. <br /> <br />MoTion by Tr. Napoleon, seconded by Tr. Komornik that both applicants be <br />hired as part time Court Attendants. Carried. <br /> <br />Letter received from Mr. Bruc® Smith, Permit B~gineer f~r NYS D.O.T. <br />Re: Village sign installation. Copies forwarded Board members. <br /> <br /> <br />
