The regular meeting ef the Village Board of Trustees was held on <br />Wednesday, August 14, 1991, at 7t30 P.M. in the Village Hall. <br /> <br />Present~ Mayor Hinzmann, Tr. Napoleon, Tr. DiDomizio, Tr. Bovino, <br />Tr. Costello and Atty. Viglotti. <br /> <br />Ibsent: Tro Komornik (illness),.Tr. Bain (vacation)t <br /> <br />Minutes: <br />M'~nuteS of the last regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees <br />held on 7-10-91 had been duplicated and previoUsly presented to <br />Board ~e~bers. <br /> <br />Tr. Boring offered the following corrections= <br /> <br />P,9* 2 - roi Count[, Route 11: <br />Benefits were not the case. Road was worthy but wouldn't help alleviate <br />traffic problems on Rte. gD, due to expansion of the Beacon-Fishkill area. <br /> <br />pg 3 - ~loper Willen ambulance: <br />Tr. Costello was appointed liason to Sloper Willen and she requested a <br />list af pick ups fra~ti~e to time. <br /> <br />pg. 4 ~ Village owned property on Rte. 9~ <br />She voted nay on request of Pizza Hut to remove tree from said property <br />because it was already being used as a parking lot for 18 wheelers. <br />Tr. Boring suggested Pizza Hut purchase propert~ first, then remove <br />tree. <br /> <br />~9- 9 - Bus~n~esmen's Association~ <br />Stated Mrs. Contelmo was secretary andnot Treasurer. <br /> <br />pg. 12- Tri-Municip~,~, Reserve, Clausal <br />Tr. Boring ieported Tr. Bsin and herself had asked to have Reserve <br />clause removed from contract and Town of Poughkeepsie voted down <br />expansion. She said Tr. Bain had asked the Board if they could drop <br />those two points from the contract and they agreed. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. DiDomizio, seconded by Tr. Napoleon that the above <br />minutes be accepted as written and corrected. Carried, <br /> <br />Resolutions, Petitions: None. <br /> <br />Communications~ <br />VilLa'ge Justices' rel~,rts for July. 1991 - $9620.00 collected in fines. <br />'Motion by Tr. DiDom~z[o, seconded by T~. Costello accept report. Carried. <br /> · Officer's report - $9gl.75 collected .~n fees. <br />~O~t~ by Tr. Bovlno, seconded by Tr. uoste, io accept. Carried. <br />Letter of resignation from Mr, Armand Alfonso as Fire Inspector <br />effective 9-1-gl. <br /> <br />Tr. Napoleon reported Mr. Alfonso had served as a favor to the Board <br />as no one could be found to fill the position. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Napoleon~ seconded by Tr.
