A Special Meeting of the Mayor and Village Board of Trustees <br />was held Monday, October 21, 1991 in the Village Hall, 7 Spring St., <br />Wappingers falls N.Y. at 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The purpose of the meeting was to clarify the Florist Shop Contract <br />between the Village of Wappingers Falls and Toni Schene. <br /> <br />Attendees: Mayor Hinzmann, Tr. Costello, Tr. DiDomizio, Tr. Napoleon, <br /> and Tr. Bain. <br /> <br />Florist Contract - Toni Schene: <br /> <br />The Board wants a rider which states that while Toni Schene <br />owns/operates this business, the property will operate under rUles <br />of "Neighborhood Business"criteria. <br /> <br />If and when Toni Schene does not operate this as owner/operator <br />for a period of 90 days, the contract automatically terminates and <br />the property must revert to its' present A.7-5 non-conforming, two <br />family use. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Gil Napoleon, seconded by Tr. Tony DiDomizio. <br />Vote carried unanimously. <br /> <br />This rider will be typed and attached to the original contract <br />dated September 20, 1991. <br /> <br />Motion made by Tr. Napoleon, seconded by Tr. Bain that meeting <br />be adjourned.
