Attorney Viglotti, Aye. <br /> <br />Motion to approve LL# 2 2015 as discussed on 5/13/2015 Village Board Meeting <br />Public Hearing. <br /> <br />LOCAL LAW NO. 2 FOR THE YEAR 2015 <br />A local law amending Chapter 151 of the Code of the Village of Wappingers Falls so as <br /> <br />to remove certain setback requirements contained therein. <br />LEGISLATIVE INTENT: <br />It has come to the attention of the Village Board for the Village of Wappingers Falls that <br />certain setback requirements contained within its code are unduly onerous consequently, <br />it is the intent of the Village Board to amend said requirements. <br />TEXT: <br />Chapter 151 of the Code of the Village of Wappingers Falls is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1)Table 2B Residential Mixed Use – RMU (SETBACKS – PRINCIPAL <br />BUILDING): change from 12’ maximum to 25’ maximum side setback. <br /> <br />2)Table 2E Village Commercial – VC (SETBACKS – PRINCIPAL BUILDING): <br />front setback principal from 2’ to 0’ and front setback secondary from 2’ to 0’. <br /> <br />3)All other sections of Chapter 151 and Table 2 shall remain in full force and are <br />unaffected by this Local Law. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> <br />This local law shall take effect immediately. <br /> <br /> <br />This item referred to the 6/10/15. <br /> <br /> <br />____________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />Update small strip of land between Elm and Maple (Attorney Viglotti to determine <br />ownership).
