Trustee Huber, Aye. <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />VILLAGE OF WAPPINGERS FALLS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN <br /> that the Board of Trustees of the Village of <br />Wappingers Falls will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on the 29th day of July, 2015, at <br />5:30 p.m. at the Village Hall, 2582 South Avenue, Wappingers Falls, New York at which <br />time all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard as to whether <br />the Board of Trustees of the Village of Wappingers Falls shall adopt a Local Law, to <br />amend Zoning Village Code. <br /> BY ORDER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES <br /> OF THE VILLAGE OF WAPPINGERS FALLS <br /> <br /> JOHN KARGE, VILLAGE CLERK <br /> <br />Mayor Alexander opened the hearing saying changes to the Smart Code involving signs <br />have been made. Mayor Alexander said the Building Inspector / Zoning Administrator <br />reviewed the change in detail and is in concurrence. Mayor Alexander asked the board <br />and public if they had any questions. None replied. Mayor Alexander said the hearing <br />would remain open while the revised smart code was circulated to DC Planning and <br /> <br />Towns of Poughkeepsie and Wappinger. <br /> <br />RS: <br />EGULAR ESSION <br />Privilege of the Floor with respect to printed agenda items followed by Privilege of the <br />Floor with respect to non-agenda items <br /> <br />A/P <br />DMINISTRATIVE ROJECTS <br /> <br />Motion by Trustee Huber declaring the village board as lead agency for the Smart Code <br />Revision. Seconded by Trustee Davis. Carried. <br /> <br />Village of Wappingers Falls <br />Resolution: SEQRA Lead Agency Declaration <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS: 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Act requires <br />that a lead agency be established for conducting environmental review of projects, and <br />Page 1 of 9 <br /> <br />
