Officer <br /> Cal Lawrence Cal Lawrence, Jr. <br /> Trustee Komornik Jim Komornik <br /> Kathy Mazochi Dino DiLello <br /> Gianni DiLello Troy Wojciekofsky <br /> Trent Atkinson Todd Page <br /> Ray Marinaccio Richard Hollister <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. Ms. Kieffer made a motion to approve the minutes of <br />the November 2014 meeting as written, seconded by Mr. McCormick. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />VINOVIN, 2656 EAST MAIN STREET <br />First on the agenda was the proposal for a new sign for Vinovin, Inc., 2656 E. Main Street and a <br />new owner. Mr. Tom Walsh, of Sign Language was present. It was stated that there is a consent <br />form on file from the property owner. The use was first discussed. The existing use is a Liquor <br />Store and the new use is the same. Ms. Kieffer made a motion to approve the use as presented, <br />seconded by Mr. Regan. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />Next the sign was discussed. Mr. Walsh stated they would be replacing the awning that is <br />existing with a new one – a color sample for the new awning is on file. The only change is the <br />font which will be script instead of cursive. Mr. Walsh stated he would bring a copy to the office <br />of the new font. The sign is not illuminated. Ms. Kieffer made a motion to approve the sign as <br />presented, seconded by Mr. Kocan. Unanimously carried. Applicant was instructed to go to the <br />Zoning Office for the permit and to pay his fee. <br /> <br />AL CAPPELLI, JR. ARCHITECT FOR GOLDEN MANGO, IMPERIAL PLAZA, <br />ROUTE 9 <br />Next on the agenda was a discussion with Alfred A. Cappelli, Jr., Architect regarding the <br />possibility of partially closing in, under the front overhang, creating an indoor/outdoor fresh <br />produce area at Golden Mango – Imperial Plaza. Mr. Alfred A. Cappelli was present and <br />representing the owners. Golden Mango currently has fresh produce (in addition to produce <br />inside) under the roofed overhang in the front and they would like to have a temporary enclosure <br />to use at night and in inclement weather. They are currently exploring two possibilities – one is <br />a roll down plastic – in sections with a zipper or Velcro and the other is to put a track on top and <br />have a clear aluminum framed plexiglass panels which will be removed when necessary <br />measuring 10’ x 3’. Ms. Kieffer stated she would like to see a drawing of how this is going to <br />look. Mr. McCormick suggested overhead doors but Mr. Cappelli stated the owner’s did not <br /> <br />
