Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />16 HANDLES FROZEN YOGURT – IMPERIAL PLAZA <br />First on the agenda was the proposal for a sign for 16 Handles Frozen Yogurt to be located in the <br />Imperial Plaza. Mr. Larry Frazier proprietor of the store was present. It was stated that there is a <br />consent form on record from the property owner. Mr. Murphy confirmed that the sign conforms <br />to the Zoning Ordinance. He is proposing one wall sign – no outstanding obligations to the <br />Village. The sign will have the same type of lighting as AT&T (adjacent – goosenecks). The <br />size of the sign is 2’4” x 9”. Mr. McCormick made a motion to approve the sign as presented <br />contingent upon the color samples being brought to the office, motion was seconded by Mr. <br />Moran. Unanimously carried. Mr. Frazier was reminded to go to the Planning Office to pay for <br />his permit. <br /> <br />GALLAHER’S DELI – VALERO CONVENIENCE STORE – 2558 SOUTH AVENUE <br />Next on the agenda was the proposal from Gallaher Deli to be located within Valero <br />Convenience Store – 2558 South Avenue. Mr. George Gallaher the proprietor of the deli as <br />present. It was stated that there is a consent form on file from the owner of the property. Mr. <br />Gallaher stated he is proposing a small deli in the existing building. There is already a walk in <br />cooler there. He is proposing to build a 10 foot hood with ansul system and a three bay sink <br />(drains are already existing) hand sink, front counter and two small partition walls. The space is <br />approximately 700 sq. ft. Mr. Murphy stated that the applicant will be working with the Code <br />Enforcement Officer for all necessary permits. Mr. Morris asked applicant which way he would <br />be venting the hood and he answered he would be venting out the back. Mr. McCormick made a <br />motion to approve the use as proposed, seconded by Mr. Kocan. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />
