Regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on March 10, 1982 <br />at 7:30 P.M. in the American Legion Hall. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor ~ynnett, Tr. Greco, Tr. Costa, Tr. Mazochi, Tr. DiGregorio, <br />Tr. Viglotti and Atty. Lyons. <br /> <br />Minutes of 2 Public Hearings and the regular meeting of the Village. Board <br />of Trustees held on 2-10-82 had been duplicated and previously presented <br />to Board members. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Greco, seconded by Tr. Mazochi that the above minutes be <br />accepted as written. Carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Donald McMullen, CD.C. Legislator, present and stated he was willing to <br />help the community and would keep the Village informed on the various issues. <br /> <br />Mayor Synnett reported we met with residents of Prospect St. and agreed to <br />a compromise to make the street one way in a westerly direction from South <br />Ave. to Fulton St. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Greco, seconded by Tr. Mazochi that the following local law <br />be enacted: <br /> <br />A Local Law designating Prospect Street a One Way Street in a westerly <br />direction from South Avenue to Clapp Ave. <br /> <br />Roll call vote: All voting in favor. <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Barger addressed meeting relative to development of the Upper <br />Henry St.-Clapp Ave. properties. He displayed plans for the proposed project <br />which would be comprised of ll duplex units on the property. <br />Mr. Barger reported an 18" drain was on the property and wanted same to <br />drain into the lower creek. He stated project would be built on seperate <br />lots. <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons reported they would need a variance and Mr. Barger stated they <br />wanted approval for sewer and water. <br /> <br />Mayor Synnett reported road would have to ~eet Village specifications and <br />Mr. Barger replied road would enter and exit on Clapp Ave. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Greco, seconded by Tr. Costa tha action on above be deferred <br />and a meeting be scheduled for 3-24-82 to review proposal with engineers, <br />Planning Board, Fire Chief and Fire Inspectors <br /> <br />Tr. Viglotti reported he.was contadted by Mr. Christopher who stated his <br />attorney received a letter from the Village Atty. in reference to parking <br />in front of his residence. He stated it was his contention that the Village <br />can designate ingress ane egress to the Christopher property. <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons reported there was no way boundary for the curb cut could be <br />determined. <br /> <br /> <br />
