<br />Minutes following the 05/11/2016 Village Board Meeting <br /> <br />“PCPPH <br />LEASE TURN OFF ELL HONES AND AGERS PRIOR TO START OF EARING <br />/M. <br /> EETING <br />T-Y”. <br /> HANKOU <br /> <br />Welcome to the monthly Village of Wappingers Falls regular meeting of the Mayor <br />and Board of Trustees today May 11, 2016, 7PM. <br /> <br />Legal Notice <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />NOTICE OF REGARDING THE STORMWATER <br />MANAGEMENT PROGRAM ANNUAL REPORT <br /> <br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to rules and regulations governing the <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM ANNUAL REPORT for the past year <br /> , the Board of Trustees and Stormwater Coordinator of the Village of Wappingers Falls <br />will hold an Public Hearing at the Village Hall 2582 South Ave. in said Village on the <br />th <br />11 day of May 2016 at 7:00 PM. <br /> <br />The purpose of the Public Hearing is to provide for public participation and comments in <br />reference to status of objectives for 2016 and to obtain the views of residents on <br />community stormwater runoff concerns. <br /> <br />At the scheduled Public Hearing, any interested person or party will be offered an <br />opportunity to be heard, or to submit a written statement. <br /> <br />John M. Karge RMC, CMC <br />Village Clerk / MS-4 Coordinator <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor Alexander turned the public hearing over to John M. Karge Village MS-4 <br />Coordinator to review and answer any questions of the 15 people in attendance. Mr. <br />Karge explained the six minimum measures requirements and said he would answer any <br />questions as he went along. The presentation took about a half hour. Mr. Karge asked the <br />board and public if they had any questions, none replied. Mr. Karge said he would be <br />asking the board for approval to permit the mayor to sign-off on this year’s report later in <br />the meeting in the form of a motion. <br /> <br />Motion by Trustee Komornik to close the public hearing.
