Kessing <br />Bryan Murphy <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. Motion by Ms. Kieffer, seconded by Mr. Moran to <br />approve the minutes from the previous meeting. Unanimously approved. <br />AUTO ZONE FOR WALL SIGNS, DUTCHESS SHOPPING PLAZA <br />First on the agenda was the proposal for wall signs at Auto Zone, 1582 Route 9. Mr. Matthew <br />Kusewielt from Jones Signs was present. It was stated that there is a consent form on file from <br />the owner of the plaza. The signs were on the west side (Route 9 side) and south side (Home <br />Depot Plaza side) of the building. They are channel letters –internally illuminated with LED <br />lights –flush mounted to the building. Mr. Murphy confirmed that the signs conformed to the <br />Zoning Code. Ms. Kieffer made a motion to approve the signs, seconded by Mr. Moran. <br />Unanimously carried.Applicant was instructed to pay his sign fee at the Zoning Office. <br />NAMCO, 1701 ROUTE 9 <br />Next on the agenda was the proposal for replacement panels to tenant sign for Namco, 1701 <br />Route 9. Mr. S. Kessing from Artfx signs was present. It was stated that there is a consent form <br />on file from the owner of the property. Three options were presented and it was stated that <br />Option #3 would be the one that the applicant is going to use. There would be no changes to the <br />color of the sign (color swatch was originally on file whensign was approved). There would be <br />no changes to any other sign on the property –just the pylon. Ms. Kieffer made a motion to <br />approve the proposal as presented (using option #3) seconded by Mr. Moran. Unanimously <br />carried. Applicant was instructed to pay his sign fee at the Zoning Office. <br />HANNOUSH JEWELERS, 1655 ROUTE 9 <br /> <br />
