<br />MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 1, 2016 <br />Present:Tom Morris, Chairman, Don McCormick, Bob Relyea, Mike Kocan, George <br />Moran, Lisa Cobb (Attorney), and Mary Ann Loncto (Secretary) <br />Absent:Bonnie Kieffer <br />Others Present:Trustee HuberBeth Huber <br />Trustee KomornikTrustee Niznik <br />Jon BodendorfTeresa Novick <br />Cathy MazochiBryan Murphy <br />Colleen BriscoAl Cappelli <br />Carol EnsonNancy Clark <br />Michele GreigJudy Beck <br />Dan LicariClinton Shaw <br />Marco SanchezSussan Sanchez <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Motion by Mr. Relyea, seconded by Mr. Moran to <br />approve the minutes from the August 4, 2016 meeting. Unanimously carried. <br />Mr. McCormick made a motion to go into Executive Session, seconded by Mr. Relyea. <br />Unanimously carried. The Planning Board went into Executive Session at 7:01 p.m. <br />Mr. Kocan made a motion for the Board to come back into regular session at 7:15 p.m. Motion <br />was seconded by Mr. Moran. Unanimously carried. No action was taken inExecutive Session. <br />The Board was asking for legal advice from the Attorney. <br />TERESA NOVICK, 38-46 FRANKLINDALE AVENUE <br />First on the agenda was the continuation of a discussion regarding “Resolution for Granting final <br />Approval” on the request of Teresa Novick, 6 Woodland Court, Wappingers Falls, NY seeking a <br />Special Use Permit in conjunction with site plan review to be able to add two additional trailers <br />to her property located at 38-46 Franklindale Avenue. Mr. Jon Bodendorf, Engineer for the <br />project and Mrs. Teresa Novick, owner of the property were present. There is a review letter on <br />file from KC Engineering dated August 23, 2016 and a review letter dated September 1, 2016 on <br />file from Four Corners. There is also a copy of an email on file from Fire Chief Enson to Mr. <br />Morris dated August 31, 2016 at 6:14 p.m. which Mr. Morris read into the record regarding the <br />fence along property line. <br />Mr. Moran made a motion to accept the Resolution Granting Special Permit Approval, seconded <br />by Mr. Relyea contingent upon the fence being the full length of the westerly property boundary <br />and the Planning Board obtaining a letter from the three Chiefs of the Fire Department stating <br />that the egress at the southwest corner of the property suffices for an access in lieu of a gate in <br />the fence.On roll call vote -Mr. Relyea –Aye, Mr. McCormick –Aye, Mr. Moran –Aye, Mr. <br />Morris –Aye and Mr. Kocan –Abstain. <br /> <br />
