50 <br /> <br />Special meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on March 4; 1975 <br />at 7:30 P.M. in the American Legion Hall. <br /> <br />The meeting was called t~ order by Mayor Synnett. All present except <br />Trustee ViBerto. <br /> <br />Engineer Vincent Kelley reported that the work on the Village sewers required <br />under our contract with the Town of Poughkeepsie has been completed except for <br />the installation of the storm drain from Downey Ave. across the property of <br />St. Mary's Church. <br /> <br />He turned over to us two copies of the daily log of TV inspection and sealing, <br />two copies of the map of the system televised indicating the location of <br />surfaces,, breaks and other irregularities and a video tape of the sections <br />televised contained in two reels. <br /> <br />He further reported that the results of the smoke test had been negatives <br />with. no illegal connections being disclosed thereby. <br /> <br />It was moved by Trustee $ilvestri that the Town be allowed to make connection <br />with the Village system upon payment of the. sum of $25,000. as provided by <br />the July amendment to ottr 1974 contract, with the understanding that the <br />storm sewer be completed as soon as possible and it was further moved that <br />the money received from the Town together with all subsequent installments <br />of the annual contract payments be deposited by the Village in the capital <br />reserve fund established for sewer projects. This motion was seconded by <br />Trustee Beldin9 and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />In other business, it was moved by Trustee Belding, seconded by Trustee <br />Silvestrl that the Village accept a lew bid of $627.00 submitted for <br />painting the interior of the S.W. Johnson fire house. This motion was <br />unanimously carried. <br /> <br />~otion by Tr. ~olan, seconded by Tr. Silvestrl that the Village advertise <br />for bids on the work to be done on the doors of the Garner Engine House. <br />Carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Belding, seconded by Tr.
