5i Regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on Wednesday, March 12, 1975 at 7:00 P.M. in the American Legion Hall. ~resent: Mayor Synnett. Tr. Dolan~ Tr. DiBerto~ Tr. Bain~ Tr. Silvestri~ Tr. Belding~ Tr. Short and A~y. Lyons. Minutes of last regular Village Board ~eeting held Feb. 19, 1975 had been duplicated and previously presented to Board members. Motion by Tr. Bain, seconded by Tr. DiBerto that the above minutes be accepted as written. Carried. Communications: Village Justice Reilly's report for month of Feb., 1975 was read shwoin9 a total of $977.00 collected in fines. Motion by Tr. Bain, seconded by Tr..Belding that the above report be accepted as read. Carried. Letter was read from W.T. Garner Engine Co. reporting Thomas Snyder was elected to a~tlve membership and place on 6 months probation. Motion by Tr. Beldlng, seconded by Tr. DiBerto that the above action be ratified. Carried. Letter was read from Assemblyman Roosa to Mayor Synnett with attached copy of correspondence from M.N. Sinacori~ NYS. Dept. of Transportations relatlve to highway conditions in the Village. File. Mayor Synnett reported meeting with representatives from the State and discussed ce~sswalk for Rte. 9 and improvements to traffic light at East Main St. and ~D. He stated truck traffic would be excluded north of 8asr Main St. in the Village. Letter was read from Atty. Lyons relatlve to Tri~unlcipal Sewer Contract. To be taken up under agenda. Letter was read from Supervisor Diehl reporting he has set Mar. 20, 1975 aY 7:30 PM'for a reorganizational meeting concerning the Town's upcoming Centennial. Place: Town Hall. Filed. Zoning Officer's report for month of Feb.~ 1975 was read sh~in9 a total of-$110.00 collected in fees. Motion by Tr. Beldlng~ seconded by Tr. Bain that the above report be accepted as read. Carried.
