Special Board Meeting - April 15, 1975, 7:00 o'clock P.M.

Present: Mayor Synnett, Trustees Silvestri and Short, Frank Savelli,
Chairman, Zoning Board of Appeals, Vincent E. Williams, Raymond Germano
and James J. Lyons.

Mr. Germano told the Board that he had a client who was interested
in constructing housing for senic~citizens on the 7 1/2 acres of the
Williams property now zoned R-M1. This project would be constructed
under HUD provisions, with a portion of the rent being paid by the
Federal Government directly to the landlord, as a subsidy. The develop-
ment itself would be fully taxable by the Village, with no abatement
in assessment.

Vincent Williams advised the Board that the option held on this
property for the purpose of establishing an adult home will expire
next month, and he does not intend to renew the same.

It was pointed out to Mr. Germano that the present zoning permits
multiple residences, within the limitations imposed by the ordinance.
He was instructed to contact the Zoning Enforcement Officer with re-
gard to permitted density and other ordinance requirements.

Meeting adjourned at 7:25 o'clock P.M.
