95 Special nee, in9 of the Village Board of Trustees was held on June 4, 1975 at ?~00 ~. Tho~e present~ Mayor Synnett, Tr. Dolan, Tr. D~Berto, Tr. Bain, Tro Silvestri, Tr, Belding, Tr. Short & Atty. Lyons. Motion by Tr. Silvestri, seconded by Tro Bain that, due to a mistake by the computer on the T~ roll, taxes for Gino Fasc/~ni, 10 Adam St.~ be corrected from $280.80 to $174.20o Ca~riedo Mayor Synnett reported a Youth Board Luncheon will be held at the ~reasure~ Ches~ on June 10, !975 a~12~o0 Noon. It was determined that only items on agenda would be discussed. Vacation scheduling: To be posted on bulletin board. Atty. Lyons discussed policy adopted two years ago and sta~ed Board may want to,expand on sa~e, or spelled out in detail. Tr. Dolan,discussed section 5 of the ~ployee Benefit plan which specifically outlines i~mediate family. Discussion followed on previous meeting held when it was determined that Chief Berberich's son would be released. Mayor Synnett stated it was an injustice tO release Chief Berberich(s as he was hired first. Tro Sflvestri Snquired as to why thief Berberich was hired .when this policy was kncMn. At~yo Lyons reported polic~ should be worked over re~arding benefits. Tr. Belding reported adoption of hiring policy specifically stated imsediate /am~ly and this pertained to the whole Village. Motion by Tr. Short, seconded by Tr. Belding that be it resolved that no two .members of an i~ed/ate family be employed in the same Department by the Village of Wappingers Falls.
