Beiding reported minutes should have included pe~ission for top soil <br />and r~king of property on Spring St. at a cost of $350°00° <br /> <br />Moti. on by Tr. Shozt, seconded by Tr. Dolan t[~t permission be given the &bore. <br />Carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Belding, seconded by Tr. Bain that the minutes be accepted as <br />corrected o. Carried. <br /> <br />Report was read fro~ Frances Drace, Librarian, sho~ing the folloeing statisttcs~ <br /> <br />Number of residents of the Village enrolled as borrowers on Nay 31, 1975 - 3,487. <br />Number of books borrowed as o~. 5-31-75 - 26,~01. <br /> <br />Notion .by Tr. Bain, seconded by Tr. Beld, in9 that the above report be accepted. <br />Carried. <br /> <br />Letter was read f~om D.C. Personnel Dept. repoztin~ Nation Ca£aro was now <br />readhable for permanent e~ployment as Water Dept. Clerk. <br /> <br />Not. ion by Tr. Belding, seconded by Yr. DiBerto that M~ion Ca~a~obe hired <br />as a permanent clerk with the Water Depto Carried° <br /> <br />Letter was read fro~ Charles Finnerman in reference to Village*s interest in <br />developing a new meeting hal~ and offices° He has a suggestion that ~ay be <br />worthwhile considering. He suggests a meetin9 to discus~ sasm. <br /> <br />~a~. Ftnnerman displayed map showing proposed connecting road at the Imperial <br />Plaza in which a~ea he has an excess of one acreg of land. <br />He sta ted a 4000 sq. fro bldg, could be built on this property with frontage <br />on Rte. g. <br />Nr. Finne~an stated he would like to go on record as being happy to donate <br />this land to the Village° <br /> <br />Tr. Dolan reported there was no guarantee that there would be a connecting <br /> <br />Hayor Synnett thanked Hr. Finnerman for his~roposal and stated sa~e would be <br />studied ~urther. <br /> <br /> <br />
