A Workshop session regarding complaints received in reference to the Kennedy property on Fulton St. was held on 7-20-83 at 8:30 ~resent: ~ayor Synnett, Tr. Greco, Tr. Cioppa, Tr. Costa, Tr. Mazochi, Tr. Carey, Tr. Perrego and Zoning Officer Haubennestel. Others present: Mr. Roy C. Ketcham, Mr. Bill Hamilton and Mr. Ron Dennis. Mayor Synnett reported petition has been filed and complaints have been received regarding the following: Dust. Furniture bein9 stored at the site. Loud noise in the early hours. Street being tied up. Obscene language Debris in area. Mr. Ketcham reported property is in the best condition it has been in a long time and building has been painted. Mayor Synnett reported he would have a Police Office patrol the area between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. It was determined that complaints had been filed with Police Department regarding the throwing of stones and other articles at truck and drivers. from residents in the area. Tr. Mazochi reported they should do something to secure the trailers and calcium should be put down to eliminate du~. Tr. Cioppa inquired if there were any zoning violations and Mr . Haubennestel replied there were none and Fire Inspector inspected area but report hasn't been filed as yet. Tr. Mazochi reported he was concerned with safety factor and property should be fence in. Tr. Cioppa inquired as to change in use of the property and Mr. Haubennestel replied, other than increasing the size of the office, there was no change. He stated they have reduced the number of trucks which were stored. Mr. Ketcham reported limited storeage was allowed and furniture was being stored on that basis. He stated ~15 percent of bldg. was used for storeage. Mr. Ketcham reported he would cooperate in any way the Village saw fit. Session closed 9:00 P.M.
