A Workshop session regarding complaints received in reference to the <br />Kennedy property on Fulton St. was held on 7-20-83 at 8:30 <br /> <br />~resent: ~ayor Synnett, Tr. Greco, Tr. Cioppa, Tr. Costa, Tr. Mazochi, <br />Tr. Carey, Tr. Perrego and Zoning Officer Haubennestel. <br /> <br />Others present: Mr. Roy C. Ketcham, Mr. Bill Hamilton and Mr. Ron Dennis. <br /> <br />Mayor Synnett reported petition has been filed and complaints have been <br />received regarding the following: <br />Dust. <br />Furniture bein9 stored at the site. <br />Loud noise in the early hours. <br />Street being tied up. <br />Obscene language <br />Debris in area. <br /> <br />Mr. Ketcham reported property is in the best condition it has been in a <br />long time and building has been painted. <br /> <br />Mayor Synnett reported he would have a Police Office patrol the area <br />between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. <br /> <br />It was determined that complaints had been filed with Police Department <br />regarding the throwing of stones and other articles at truck and drivers. <br />from residents in the area. <br /> <br />Tr. Mazochi reported they should do something to secure the trailers and <br />calcium should be put down to eliminate du~. <br /> <br />Tr. Cioppa inquired if there were any zoning violations and Mr . Haubennestel <br />replied there were none and Fire Inspector inspected area but report hasn't <br />been filed as yet. <br /> <br />Tr. Mazochi reported he was concerned with safety factor and property <br />should be fence in. <br /> <br />Tr. Cioppa inquired as to change in use of the property and Mr. Haubennestel <br />replied, other than increasing the size of the office, there was no change. <br />He stated they have reduced the number of trucks which were stored. <br /> <br />Mr. Ketcham reported limited storeage was allowed and furniture was being <br />stored on that basis. He stated ~15 percent of bldg. was used for storeage. <br /> <br />Mr. Ketcham reported he would cooperate in any way the Village saw fit. <br /> <br />Session closed 9:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> <br />
