The regular meetin9 of the Village Board of Trustees was held on Wednesday, September 14, 1983 at 7:30 P.M. in the American Legion Hall. Present: Hayor iynnett, Tr. Greco, Tr. Costa, Tr. Mazochi, Tr. Pezrego and Atty. Lyons. Absent: Tr. Cioppa (due to work commitments), Tr. Carey (due to illness). Mayor Synnett requested a moment o£ silent-prayer be observed £or John Sloper, founder o£ Sloper Willen Ambulance, Who recently Passed away. He reported a Memorial Service will be held on 9-18-83 at 3:00 P.M. at the County Playerts Theater. Minutes: Minutes o£ the last regular Village Board meeting held on 8-10-83 and a Norkshop session held on 8-26-83 had been duplicated and previously presented to ~oard members. Motion by Tr. Greco, seconded by Tr. Perrego that the above minutes be accepted as written. Carried. Communications: Village Justicest reports for August, 1983 were read showing a total o£ $2~548. collected in £ines. Motion by Tr. Costa~ seconded by Tr. Greco that the above reports be accepted as read. Carried. Zoning Officer's report £or August~ 1983 was-read showing a total of $245.00 collected in fees. Motion by Tr. Costa, seconded by Tr. Greco that the above report be accepted as read. Letter read from Nenliss Park Realty in reference to sewerage back up problems which exist on Rte. 9 causing unhealthful and unsanitary conditions. Copies forwarded Board members and 'Supt. Sidote. To be discussed later in the meeting. Letter received from Justice Chase and Clerk Plass'requesting permission to attendMagistrates School in Bllenville~ N;Y. from 9-11-83 to 9-14-83. Notion by Tr. Perrego, seconded by Tr. Costa that permission be granted above request. Carried. Let:ers received from Zoning O££icer & Planning and Zoning Boardts requesting permission to attend the 45th Annual Planning & Zoning Institute to be held at Orossinger's, N.Y, Oct. 16-18, 1983. Motion by Tr. Costa, seconded by Tr. Greco that the above requests be granted. Carried.
