He discussed the drug trafficking <br />Noxon ami Academy Street area, a~d mentioned efforts made by the previous chief W address <br />this, such as, co-operation wilh the city zotti.g a~td buihting departmettts, hirittg non*,police <br />personnel, attd the installation 9f additional lightit&g. Grants were obtaitted purmtant to th~ <br />crime bill lo.fimd additional officers' tttlder the commtmity-policing program, which is t~ot a <br />concept.
