The regular meeting of the Mayor and Village Board of Trustees was held on November 12~ 1998 at 7:30 PM Present: Mayor Belding, Tr. DiDomizio~ Tr. Juliano, Tr. Lawrence, Tr. Hinzmann, Tr. Hemingway and Arty Viglotti. Absent: Tr. Goebel MINUTES; Minutes of a special meeting of the Mayor and Village Board of Trustees was held on 9-29-98 had been previously ~ duplicated. Motion by Tr. Hemingway, seconded by Tr. Lawrence that above minutes be accepted as written. Carried. Minutes of the last regular meeting of the Mayor and Village Board of Trustees held on Oct. 14, had been written and duplicated. Tr. Hinzmann reported she had one correction in that she voted nay on Local Law No. 6 and the minutes show her voting aye. Motion by Tr. Juliano, seconded by Tr. DiDomizio that the above minutes be accepted as corrected. Carried WARRANT OF UNPAID TAXES: ($136,521.43) Motion by Lawrence, seconded by Tr. DiDomizio that the resolution pertaining to the above be adopted. Carried. (Resolution follows minutes of meeting) RESOLUTION DIVIDING VILLAGE INTO ELECTION DISTRICTS: Motion by Tr. Lawrence, seconded by Tr. DiDomizio that the above resolution be adopted. Carried (Resolution follows minutes of meeting) APPROVAL OF COMMITTEE REPORTS: Tr. Juliano said he had one item under Zoning and this pertained to a letter he received in reference to a carpet. In reference to the above, Mayor Belding said a green carpet had been put on the sidewalk at the corner of East Main Street and Market Street and believes this constitutes a liability to the Village. He said he asked the Zoning Officer to take action to have same removed and, when same was done, sidewalk was found to be in a deteriorated condition.
