<br /> <br />MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD MEETING HELD 12/7/17 <br /> <br />Present: Tom Morris, Chairman, Don McCormick, George Moran, Trent Atkinson, Bob <br />Relyea, Lisa Cobb (Attorney) and Mary Ann Loncto (Secretary) <br /> <br />Absent: Bonnie Kieffer <br /> <br />Others Present: Aaron Browne Chris Dorn <br /> Jennifer Jordan Bob Henshaw <br /> Jaime Machado Joel Sasser <br /> Dennis Lynch Peter Maher <br /> Christian Moore Michele Greig <br /> Chris Lapine Bryan Murphy <br /> Trustee Komornik Trustee Huber <br /> Cathy Mazochi <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m. Mr. Atkinson made a motion to approve the minutes <br />from the November 2017 meeting, seconded by Mr. Moran. On roll call vote Mr. Morris <br />Aye, Mr. Moran Aye, Mr. Relyea Aye, Mr. Atkinson Aye, Ms. Kieffer Absent and Mr. <br />McCormick Abstain. <br /> <br />COUSINS ALE WORKS, UNIT R-2 - 1582 ROUTE 9 <br />First on the agenda was the proposed sign for Cousins Ale Works, Unit R-2 Dutchess Shopping <br />Plaza, 1582 Route 9. Mr. Aaron Browne and Mr. Chris Dorn proprietors of the business were <br />present. It was stated that there is a consent form on file from the property owner. Applicant <br />amended and initialed his sign permit. It was stated that applicant had submitted color samples. <br />Sign would be centered over main door, circle sign would be centered between delivery door and <br />main door and there would be a sign on the pylon. There would be no lighting on the signs in the <br />rear of the building. Mr. Relyea made a motion to approve the signs as amended by the <br />applicant, seconded by Mr. Atkinson. Unanimously carried. Applicant was reminded to go to <br />the Zoning Office to pay for signs before they are installed. <br /> <br />SWEETCAKES CAFÉ, 2689 WEST MAIN STREET <br />Next on the agenda was the proposal from Jennifer Jordan to use 2689 W. Main Street as a <br />custom cake shop/coffee bar. Ms. Jennifer Jordan, proprietor of the business was present. It was <br />stated that there is a consent form on file form the owner. She stated they would be installing <br />two additional sinks to meet the health code. She also stated she is working with the Code <br />Enforcement Officer on all permits. Mr. Murphy stated that no Engineering review is needed for <br />grease trap because there will be no baking on site. It was also stated that the proposal is for the <br />use only. No signage was reviewed. Mr. McCormick made a motion to approve the use as <br />proposed, seconded by Mr. Atkinson. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />RPH AUTO, 2780 W. MAIN STREET <br />Next on the agenda was the proposal from RPH Auto for renovations to site at 2780 W. Main <br />Street.
