Application for Site Plan Approval, <br />including a 469 sf addition to one building, parking reconfiguration and regrading, and other site improvements. <br />Board agrees that sufficient information has been received to submit to the Dutchess County Department of <br />Planning and Development for review. <br />The Board would like to see the top, centermost portion of the façade, lowered to the same height as the second <br />tier and side view possibly elongated as to appear as a second story and not as a large wall when coming up the <br />corridor. <br />Dumpster enclosure to be the same color gray as the building. <br />Need to see all the revisions in an updated site plan. <br />Adjourned until next Planning Board meeting of August 2, 2018. <br />NEW APPLICATIONS: <br />D&Z South - 2610 South Ave. (Grid #6158-18-352162) Property is located in the VM-Village Mixed <br />Use District and received the following area variances from the Zoning Board of Appeals on July 10, <br />2018 to be able to bring their property into compliance: (1)Rear yard variance from Section 151 Table <br />2D- required is 10’ rear setback and proposed will be 5’ thereby requesting a 5’ variance (2) Right of <br /> <br />
