Main St., Wappingers Falls, NY Property is located in the VC District and is seeking an <br />area variance: (1)Variance to allow multifamily use having only Two dwelling units where Three units are <br />required in a VC District in accordance with Section 151-10 ( table 4) . <br /> <br />Motion by Allen Firstenberg <br />Second by Bridget Gannon <br />All In Favor – Heidi Murphy, Rachel DiGrazio, Bridget Gannon, Allen Firstenberg <br /> <br />John Nordstam is present to represent the applicant. He explained that 3 apartments would only be able to be <br />500 sq ft. That would make them undesirable and would also require additional egress. The requested 2 units <br />would allow for a 780 sq ft apartment where egress is already established. <br /> <br />Motion to close the Public Hearing: <br />Motion by Bridget Gannon <br />Second by Heidi Murphy <br />All In Favor – Heidi Murphy, Rachel DiGrazio, Bridget Gannon, Allen Firstenberg <br /> <br />Discussion by the board regarding the application. All were in agreement that this would be an agreeable <br />change to the neighborhood and structure. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
