Applicant proposes a 200 unit apartment complex located on 13.42 acres. The site will be <br />comprised of 4 four story buildings with 2 buildings of 40 units each and 2 buildings of 60 units each. <br />Michele Greig statesthat this is a Type 1 Action in accordance with SEQRA and suggests that we distribute to <br />Habitat Society and to Jay Cohen, Cultural Resource for Archeological Study and also do a physical impact study. <br />Also recommend a public hearing will need to be held. A number of required variances have been identified. <br />There wasdiscussion of making some changes to the site plan that may work better for a separate access road and <br />to eliminate the large retaining wall. <br />Changes will be sent and distributed for review prior to the next meeting. <br />Resolution to take lead agency in accordance with SEQRA: <br /> Motion by: Trent Atkinson <br /> Second by: Bonnie Keiffer <br /> All in favor-None Opposed <br />Adjourned to October 11, 2018 Meeting. <br />D&Z South - 2610 South Ave. (Grid #6158-18-352162)The applicant proposes to convert an existing garage that <br />is currently used for office space into a one-bedroom single-family dwelling on a ± 0.25 acre parcel located on <br /> <br />
