Trustee Chase, <br /> Aye. Trustee Davis, Aye. Trustee Komornik, Aye. Trustee Whitten, Aye. Trustee Huber, <br /> Aye. Attorney Wallace, Aye. Note: Second Ward has a vacancy <br /> LEGAL NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> VILLAGE OF WAPPINGERS FALLS <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Wappingers <br /> Falls will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on the 20th day of November, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. <br /> at the Village Hall, 2582 South Avenue, Wappingers Falls, New York at which time all <br /> parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard as to whether the <br /> Board of Trustees of the Village of Wappingers Falls shall adopt a proposed change to <br /> Chapter 143-56 of the Village Code entitled "Time Limit Parking." The proposed change <br /> is to establish parking restrictions at the Knights of Columbus parking lot for which the <br /> Village has entered into an agreement for public use. <br /> BY ORDER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES <br /> OF THE VILLAGE OF WAPPINGERS FALLS <br /> JOHN KARGE,VILLAGE CLERK <br /> Deputy Mayor Davis asked Village Attorney Wallace to comment. Attorney Wallace said <br /> there were several outstanding issues at this time and recommended to table this item for <br /> future discussion, leaving the public hearing open.
