Adjourned meeting of the regular June meeting of the Village <br />Board of Trustees was re-convened at the Wm. T. Garner Engine <br />House on June 21, 2000 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Belding, Tr. Juliano, Tr. Cerino, Tr. <br />Lawrence, Tr. Marshall, Tr. Davis, Tr. Bain and Atty. <br />Viglotti. <br /> <br />AGENDA: <br /> <br />TR. JIrLIANO REQUEST TO ADDRESS BOARD: <br /> <br />Tr. Juliano asked that Mr. Dennis Craig and his attorney, Mr. <br />Stenger, be allowed to address meeting relative to Mr. Craig' <br />garage at 10 North Street. <br /> <br />Mayor Belding said he wasn't going to allow this to happen <br />as it was not the proper time. <br /> <br />Tr. Davis inquired if Mr. Craig's attorney had conferred with <br />our attorney on this matter. <br />He said we could allow Mr. Craig's attorney to speak and, at <br />any time we feel our attorney should be present, we will go <br />from there. <br /> <br />Mr. Stenger said he represented Mr. Craig, 10 North Street, <br />and he had sent letter to the Building Inspector regarding <br />Mr. Craig's situation and asked direction regarding extending <br />the garage. <br /> <br />Above matter deferred until Village Attorney is present. <br /> <br />FIRE INSPECTOR: <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Lawrence requesting a letter of appreciation be <br />forwarded Fir. Peter Sanfilippo for the services he rendered <br />to the Village as Fire Inspector, seconded by Tr. Davis. <br />Carried <br /> <br />Tr. Lawrence reported, at the previous Village Board meeting, <br />John Enson was appointed to the position of Fire Inspector <br />and he has been to school and has all the credentials. <br /> <br />Mayor Belding congratulated Mr. Enson on his apDointment. <br /> <br />REPORT ON CDBG FUNDING: <br /> <br />Tr. Bain said, at the last meeting, subject had been deferred <br />for further study. He discussed highlights of the program <br />which include the following: <br /> <br />1. Municipality must adopt resolution and execute a municipal <br />agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
