The Special Meeting <br /> will be held on June 17, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at Village Hall, 2582 South Avenue, <br /> Wappingers Falls, NY 12590. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 20190003 <br /> RESOLUTION INTRODUCING LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF THE YEAR 2019, <br /> IMPOSING A TEMPORARY MORATORIUM ON CONSTRUCTION IN THE <br /> VILLAGE COMMERCIAL (VC) DISTRICT OF THE VILLAGE OF WAPPINGERS <br /> FALLS <br /> The following resolution was introduced by Trustee Whitten and seconded by Trustee <br /> Marcojohn. <br /> WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees has determined that the current zoning <br /> regualtions in the Village Commercial (VC) District need to revised to better meet the <br /> needs of the residents of the Village and preserve the character of the Village <br /> Commercial District; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to preserve the status quo in the Village Commercial District <br /> pending the enactment of new, reasonable zoning regulations for the district; and <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
