Village of Wappingers Falls <br />Office of Planning & Zoning <br />2582 South Avenue, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590 <br />Phone: (845)297-5277 Fax: (845)296-0379 <br />www.wappingersfalisny.gov <br />MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD MEETING HELD 08/01/19 <br />Present: Tom Morris — Chairman, Bonnie Kieffer— Vice Chair, Michael Ruffen, Alix Winsby, <br />Adam Lauricella (alternate), Jim Horan (Attorney), Michele Greig (Environmental Consultant), <br />Christian Moore (Engineering Consultant), Melina Zambrano (Planning and Zoning Assistant) <br />Absent: Donald McCormick (alternate), Trent Atkinson, George Moran (alternate), Lisa Cobb <br />(Attorney) <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Approval of the March, April, May, June and July minutes <br />Motioned: B. Kieffer <br />Seconded: M. Ruffen <br />All in favor— none opposed <br />Adam Lauricella made voting member in lieu of absent members. <br />CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING: <br />West Village Loft — 2701 West Main St — and 7 Church Street — Site Plan Approval <br />Applicant is proposing to construct a 4 -story mixed use building consisting of 3,000 square feet <br />of commercial space on the first floor and 15 residential units on the second, third and fourth <br />floors. <br />Motion to open Public Hearing <br />Motioned by: Bonnie Kieffer <br />Seconded: Michael Ruffen <br />All in favor— none opposed <br />• Jay Enson, Assistant Fire Chief— has concern about fire truck access <br />• Copy of site plan will be made available to the fire department for them to asses fire <br />truck access <br />
