Kieffer <br />Seconded: M. Ruffen <br />All in favor— none opposed <br />Adam Lauricella made voting member in lieu of absent members. <br />CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING: <br />West Village Loft — 2701 West Main St — and 7 Church Street — Site Plan Approval <br />Applicant is proposing to construct a 4 -story mixed use building consisting of 3,000 square feet <br />of commercial space on the first floor and 15 residential units on the second, third and fourth <br />floors. <br />Motion to open Public Hearing <br />Motioned by: Bonnie Kieffer <br />Seconded: Michael Ruffen <br />All in favor— none opposed <br />• Jay Enson, Assistant Fire Chief— has concern about fire truck access <br />• Copy of site plan will be made available to the fire department for them to asses fire <br />truck access <br />
