Following is the <br />agenda for same. <br />Continued Public Hearing <br />Smoothie King —1557-1571 Rt. 9 Building D Suite #1— (Grid #6158-19-527150) — GNS Group <br />LTD. (applicant) Ormater Development Corp. (owner) - Sign <br />Property is located in a Commercial Mixed Use zone — CMU. Applicant is proposing to add four <br />signs. Applicant is seeking the following variances: <br />1. Section 151-25(J) (2) maximum of three signs per establishment is allowed. Three signs <br />existing at establishment will require a variance for each of the four signs after the <br />existing three. <br />2. Section 151-25(J) (size chart) Allows signs of one square foot per linear foot of building <br />face, up to a maximum of 80 square feet per tenant sign. Sings 3 and 4 are shown <br />located on the same wall that measures 11' 5 %", the proposed sings each measure 12 <br />square feet. One wall sign will need a variance of 6 %" and the other sign will need a <br />variance for 12'. <br />New Public Hearing <br />Paggi Terrace — (Grid #6158-80-423052) — Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County <br />(owner), David Freeman (applicant) — Site Plan <br />Property is located in a Village Residential (VR) zoning district. Applicant is proposing a <br />subdivision of existing .26 acre lot into three residential lots for single family homes. <br />1. Section 151-24 Table 5: Parking Table: Requires 4 parking spaces per unit. You <br />are proposing 2 parking spaces per unit which would require a 2 space per unit <br />variance. <br />
