Cob (attorney) <br />Absent: Bridgett Gannon, Frank Barresi, Loretta Holloway (alternate) <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Motion to table the review of the minutes from January 8, 2019 until the April 12, 2019 <br />meeting: <br />Motion: Allen Firstenberg <br />Second: Rachel DiGrazia <br />All in favor- none opposed <br />Alan Roscoe, PE — McDonalds, 1567 Route 9 (Grid #6158-19-527150-0000) Commercial <br />Mixed Use (CMU) Zoning District <br />Seeking area variances for the following: <br />1. §151-25(C)(7) which prohibits "Signs with flashing, blinking, intermittent, or <br />moving lights, or any artificial light which does not maintain stationary and <br />constant intensity and color at all times, except signs displaying time and/or <br />temperature." Signs identified as Signs 2 and 4 are digital signs which are <br />prohibited per this section of Village Code. <br />2. §151-25(J)(2) which tates "A maximum of three (3) signs per establishment." <br />Thirteen (13) signs are proposed, which would require a variance for ten (10). <br />3. §151-25(K)(C)(1) which states, "No more than one freestanding sign may be <br />located on a lot." Nine (9) freestanding signs are proposed, requiring a <br />
