Paggi - (Grid# 6158-10-255570 and 6158-10260574) <br />Property is located in a Village Mixed zone — VM. The applicant is proposing a lot line realignment so <br />that each of the lots contains a single building, where currently lot lines run through existing buildings. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />(1) Lot coverage maximum 75% and proposed is 100% <br />(2) Variance to allow 0% Greenspace where 10% is required <br />(3) Parking variance is required although the use does not appear in the parking table.
